Minced meet or Qeema is the healthy traditional meat recipe of Asia. It is grander meet. Qeema can be made from any meat with mutton, beef and chicken.

Minced beef½ kg
Potatoes250 gms
Black pepper (Kali Mirch)6
Cloves (Laung)6
Black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)1
Cumin seeds (Zeera)1/4 tsp
Chili (Lal Mirch) powder¾ tsp
Ginger (Adrak) paste1 tsp
Garlic (Lehsan) paste1 tsp
Coriander (Dhaniya) powder1 tsp
Salt (adjust to taste)1 tsp
Turmeric (Haldi) powder¼ tsp
Garam masala powder½ tsp
Tomatoes2
Onion (large size) 1
Oil 6 tbs

Preparation Of Recipe
Let’s start to prepare the recipe first of all chop the fresh onion and fry in oil until onion get light brown. Now add all the flavor and delicately chopped tomatoes. Keep the stove at medium heat and wait till the water is about dried. Now add minced (Keema) meat and mix it up and dry the water.
Healthy Food StreetNow include water up to 2 glass quantity. After that cover the pan and cook until the meat tend to soften and the water dries up. Now put in the potatoes and cook gently and wait till the potatoes get soften. After that sprinkle garam masala powder on it.
