Chicken Rice Soup or Mutton Rice Soup is a very healthy traditional soup recipe of Asian. This rice soup recipe can be made from any meat like mutton and chicken.

Onion | 1 medium size |
Ginger paste (Adrak) | 1 tsp |
Garlic paste (lehsan) | 1 tsp |
Cloves (laung) | 10 |
Salt | 1½ tbs |
Cup oil | 1½ |
Bay leaves (Tezpatta) | 1 |
Pepper (Kali Mirch) | 10 |
Cinnamon (Dalchini) | 1 stick |
Coriander powder (Dhaniya) | 1 tbs |
Fennel powder (Saunf) | 1 tbs. |
Whole cumin seeds (Zeera) | 1 tsp. |
Cardamom (Bari Ilaichi) | 2 black |
Green cardamom (Chhoti Ilaichi) | 4 green |
Let’s start this healthy soup recipe. First of all soak the rice for about half an hour in open big pan so that all rice full dip in the water.
Secondly mix up all the recipe ingredients other than the rice and cooking oil with the mutton or chicken meat and put the pan on fire. Checks until the meat turn into soften. Now get separate soup (yakhni) and keep it to the side.
Now fry up the onion in oil and wait when onion goes dark brown. After that add meat and fry for a little time. Now add rice and soup (yakhni) which you get earlier and cook until the water dries up.
