Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

Whole Fish Fry Style Preparation

First of all choose a fresh and healthy fish. With a sharp knife make medium cut in the fish. Now mix the natural flour, hot spices powder, turmeric powder, ground cumin, tamarind paste, juice of 2 lemons and ginger garlic paste together. Also add salt as per your taste

While fish and ingredients are well mixed then rub this on the fish. But you make sure that fish cuts are filled with spices mix. Wait for few minutes so that all ingredients are properly get mix in fish. Now fish is ready for frying. Take a covered medium size pan and put it on burner
