Whole Fish Fry Style Preparation

First of all choose a fresh and healthy fish. With a sharp knife make medium cut in the fish. Now mix the natural flour, hot spices powder, turmeric powder, ground cumin, tamarind paste, juice of 2 lemons and ginger garlic paste together. Also add salt as per your taste

While fish and ingredients are well mixed then rub this on the fish. But you make sure that fish cuts are filled with spices mix. Wait for few minutes so that all ingredients are properly get mix in fish. Now fish is ready for frying. Take a covered medium size pan and put it on burner

Vegetable Garlic Chicken Recipe Ingredients

 

Boneless Chicken 300 gm
Capsicum 1
Carrot 1
Spring onions 2
cup Water 1
Cabbage 1/4
Green chillies 3-4
bunch Fresh coriander 1/4
Cloves Garlic 10-12
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 4 tbsp
Salt as taste

 

Vegetable Garlic Chicken Preparation

First step is to cut 300 grams chicken into normal pieces. Cut and chop a carrot, capsicum, 2 spring onions, 3 to 4 green chilies, 1/4 cabbage and 1/4 bunch fresh coriander thinly. Now slice 10 to 12 cloves of fresh and healthy garlic.

Put 4 tbsp oil in a pan and put on burner and fry sliced garlic. When garlic turns in to nice golden brown shape then adds healthy chicken and cook this for 4 to 5 minutes. Now it’s time to add all fresh and healthy vegetables and cook further for 4 to 5 minutes.

Now add 1 tbsp firmed crushed black pepper, salt to taste, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 4 tbsp chilli garlic sauce and mix continuously for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add fresh water and get it to boil. As soon as water begins to boil then add 2 tbsp corn flour and continue mixing. At this stage increase the burner flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.
