1 Kg----------------mutton
1 Kg----------------Palak
1½ tsp-------------salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp---------------turmeric (Haldi) powder
1 tsp----------------chili (Lal Mirch) powder
4-6 tbs-------------oil
1 tsp----------------ginger (Adrak) paste
½ tsp----------------garlic (Lehsan) paste
6-8------------------whole black pepper (Kali Mirch)
3-4------------------cloves (Laung)
2--------------------black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)
¼ tsp---------------cumin seeds (Zeera)
3-4------------------green chilies
1--------------------small piece of ginger (Adrak)–sliced
2 tbs---------------corn or wheat flour
1 tbs---------------dry fenugreek (Kasuri Methi) leaves.

First of all Steam / blanch the spinach (Palak) and crush it. After that fry the onion in your healthy diet oil till onion get brown. Now mix all the ingredients collectively and add to the pot and mix till the tomatoes have turned out to be soft and the water has dried.

Now put in the meat and boil again to allow the water till dry. After that add 3-4 glasses of fresh water wrap and leave to tenderize and wait.

When you feel that meat is almost done now add crushed xxxxxxxx (palak), fenugreek (methi) and flour. Cook on low heat till water dries. Now it’s time to garnish your healthy dish with fresh chopped green chilies. You can serve it with bread (chapati or naan).
