Qeema or Keema is a healthy traditional meat recipe of South Asian. It is crushed meet into small
pieces or grand meet. Qeema can be made from any type of meat including mutton,
beef and chicken.

Ingredients
250 grm--------------matar “Green Pea”
½ kg-------------------minced beef
2---------------------- tomatoes (finely chopped)
1---------------------- onion (large size)
6 tbs-------------------oil
1/4 tsp-----------------cumin seeds (Zeera)
1 tsp--------------------coriander (Dhaniya) powder
1 tsp--------------------salt (adjust to taste).
¼ tsp-------------------turmeric (Haldi) powder
¾ tsp-------------------chili (Lal Mirch) powder
1 tsp--------------------ginger (Adrak) paste
1 tsp--------------------garlic (Lehsan) paste
½ tsp--------------------garam masala powder
½ kg-------------------minced beef

1---------------------- onion (large size)

Preparation
First of all thinly chop the onion
and cook in oil until onion get light brown. Put in all the spices including fresh healthy tomatoes. Keep the burner
at medium heat till the water is approximately dried. Put in crushed meat
(Qeema) and dry the water. After that add 2 glasses of fresh water and cover it
and cook till qeema is tenderized and the water dried out.
Now put green pea (matar) in pot and
cook till green pea (matar) become soft. After it cooked then sprinkle others
all ingredients like chili, garlic, ginger, etc (garam masala powder).
When this recipe completely cooked
now garnish with fresh and healthy green
coriander leaves (Dhaniya). Take small
slices of lemon and serve with bread (naan).
