Ingredients
01 Kg-----------Mutton
½ Kg-----------Potato------------peeled and cut into pieces of 1 to 2 inches.
¼ tsp-----------turmeric--------(Haldi) powder
1 tsp------------chili--------------Lal Mirch powder
3 tbs-----------coriander--------Dhaniya seeds powder
2-3-------------medium onion chopped or sliced
½ cup---------oil
1 tbs-----------ginger------------Adrak paste
1 tsp-----------garlic-------------Lehsan paste
1 tsp-----------garam masala powder
6-8-------------cloves------------Laung
6-8-------------black pepper------------Kali Mirch
2-------------- black cardamom--------Bari Ilaichi
1½ tsp--------salt ---------------adjust to taste
1 cup---------fresh coriander-----------Dhaniya leaves
2-3------------green chilies--------------chopped
1-2------------Lemon

Preparation
Mutton Potato Recipe In Healthy Food StreetFirst of all fry the onion in oil and wait till the onion become brown. Remove the onion from fire and grind them.

Now add turmeric powder (haldi), coriander powder (dhaniya), chili powder (mirch), garlic (Lehsan paste), ginger (Adrak paste) and salt in the oil. After that put it on fire and fry with little water until water dries.

Then add healthy and fresh mutton and ground onion and cook until water dries again.
Now add 3 to 4 glass of water in it, cover pot and cook until the meat cooked and tenderizes.


Check when meat is approximately done then add healthy and fresh potatoes and cook until the potatoes are cooked. If you required gravy in it then make as per requirement or cooked until water dries. To get healthy benefits of recipe cook the recipe throughout on low heat. Now garnish the dish with fresh coriander (dhaniya), green chilies and lemon. Now serve to your family or guest with fresh bread (naan).
